Quality Policy

The measure of our success is related to our customers' satisfaction and is based on our ability to understand and anticipate their needs and to design and build cables that meet their needs.

This is why the objectives of our work are:

  • provide our customers with electrical cables and data cables geared to their needs;
  • Develop and implement new solutions to our products that will help us to keep pace with customer needs and the context in which our company operates;
  • Create a business culture focused on continuous improvement by leveraging risk-based thinking at all corporate levels;
  • Empowering all resources on quality issues by trying to establish a "common sense" involving the staff and all the people who work on our behalf to make our cables;
  • continuously improve the performance of our business processes in order to provide customers with products that meet their expectations;
  • Optimize decision making to make them fast and support target goals.

    For this purpose, a Quality Plan defines the business objectives of the Year (Objectives and Quality Program) for each year. It is the Management's intention to ensure that the actions to be taken are implemented and aimed at ensuring at all times the control of the processes and performance of your organization, in accordance with the commitments made with customers and all other stakeholders.
